Ingredients
Kilogram of chicken meat is free of the skin, cut into strips

A quarter cup of oil
A quarter cup of soy sauce
Half a teaspoon of bicarbonate of soda
Tablespoon grated ginger
2 to 3 cloves garlic, chopped
Chopped onion
MAGGI Chicken Stock
Cup of water.
Tablespoon cornstarch


Preparation

Soak the chicken pieces in soy sauce and baking soda and kept in the refrigerator for half an hour

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cashew nuts, then lifted and set aside.

Fried vegetables (ie onions, garlic, carrots, ginger, green pepper and red) in the same oil, then lift a spoon with holes and set aside.
