The work of Almond Pudding


Ingredients:
4 cups of milk
Half a cup of sugar and a quarter teaspoon of Arabic gum
½ cup corn flour
Tablespoons of orange blossom water


For decoration
Half cup of almonds, peeled and finely ground
Crushed pistachios
A quarter cup of peeled almonds


Preparation:

Cornstarch dissolved in a glass of cold milk.

Placed the remaining three cups of milk in a saucepan on the fire.

In addition to sugar, ground almonds and cook the mixture on the fire.

Add the corn flour dissolved in milk and cooking continues until it condenses the content of the pot and start boiling and it becomes like a pudding.

Add the orange blossom water and Arabic gum to the pudding mixture and stir well.

Pour pudding in individual dishes to adorn and served cold or lukewarm
