The way slices pickled meat

Ingredients:
• half a kilo of beef lean sliced
• Van two heads of green onions, with more onions for decoration• vegetable oil for fat steaks• provide for the pungent sauce
Sauce, marinades
• tablespoons of sesame seeds
• Van cloves of garlic chopped• a piece of fresh ginger length 2.5 cm, finely chopped• tablespoons of sugar• 3 tablespoons light soy sauce• 3 tablespoons soy sauce, the taste of the dark• tablespoon of sesame oil.
Preparation:
For the preparation of pickling sauce, heat a frying pan and add the sesame seeds. Deep-fry the sesame seeds for 5 minutes or until golden, stirring constantly condition. Sesame seeds, finely grind in coffee grinder.
Add garlic, ginger, sugar, soy sauce, two types, and oil to the sesame seeds. All mashed together in the electric food mixer to obtain a paste.

Mix meat with onion and green sauce in marinades and non-metallic bowl. Cover pan and leave the mixture in the refrigerator for 4 hours.

Iron-coated paint tray or large pan with oil and heavy oil and heated thoroughly. Add the steaks in one layer to the oil and cook for a minute or two minutes. The volatility of the slide once until brown on both sides.

Offers steaks with rice and sauce, spicy green onions after decorating.
